Scalo

Scalo (Scalo sp. z o.o.) is a Polish software house founded in 2007 and based in Wrocław, with delivery centers across Poland and a US office in Plano, Texas. It sells custom software development, software and cloud migration, and dedicated engineering teams. Its public pages describe legacy modernization in general terms and list COBOL to Java as one of many migration types; its mainframe-specific evidence is a general blog article, and the one named modernization case study is a rebuild of a Wolters Kluwer legal-software product. Cost, speed and uptime figures on its pages are Scalo's own claims.

Scalo is a different company from Scalac (scalac.io), a Scala and Akka consultancy.
