CloudFrame

CloudFrame is a Princeton, New Jersey software vendor, founded in 2017 according to its About page, that sells COBOL-to-Java transformation products alongside professional services and a partner channel. Its current site describes three products: Continuum, which records how COBOL behaves at runtime before transforming it and includes a mainframe optimization path with a vendor-claimed MIPS reduction of up to 30%; Atlas, which generates documentation and knowledge graphs; and CodeNavigator, a deterministic COBOL-to-Java converter. Functional-equivalence, speed and savings figures on the site are CloudFrame's own claims.

Relocate and Renovate, the product names in a joint October 2023 press release with its implementation partner GFT, do not appear on the current site. Relocate was described there as converting COBOL to Java that runs on zIIP processors to cut general-processor use. Whether either product is still sold under those names is not confirmed.
